Custom Herb blend
Made-to-order Herbs for one client.
Specific herbs vary with each client based on their needs, so orders should be made for yourself only.
Blends may include herbs for:
Hemostatic (gentle) - signs of need may include users under the age of 13, cycles shorter than 27 days, fresh spotting between periods, or excessively heavy periods
Cooling- signs of need may include hot flashes, nightsweats, radiating heat, heat aversions, or hot weather
Disinfecting - signs of need may include heavy, white, yellow, green, thick, or malodorous discharge
Cleansing (what most women will need) - for a full uterine cleanse, signs of need may include missing periods, cramps, old residue (brown or black blood), cycles longer than 28 days, or use of oral contraceptive.
Choose between 1, 4, 6, or 10 sessions (10 is the maximum amount of sessions my clients have in one month)

If your session is in-person, I will bring your seperately purchased herbs with me.
If you will be doing your session alone or with a coaching call, herbs in small quantities are available via pick-up only!
Quantities of 10 can be picked up or shipped for an additional $5

In depth-details
During an Official Consultation, I will gather information about your cycle’s needs and your personal constitution, and use that knowledge to recommend a custom herb blend for you. If you choose a steam session in-person with me, these herbs are purchased seperately and I will bring them with me to the appointment.
If you choose to facilitate your own session with or without a coaching call, you will purchase these herbs separately and they will be shipped to you within 3-5 days for an additional $7. If you live locally and prefer to pick them up, please email me immediately after you order to coordinate that pick up.
After each steam session, we will talk about how the herbs are working for you and decide if we need to adapt the blend for the next session.

Ingredients
Herbs may include but are not limited to:
Lavender, Nettles, motherwort, rosemary, Mint, citrus peel, red raspberry leaf, astragalus, mugwort, and rose.If you have known or suspected allergies, or strong aversions to any of these herbs, please tell your facilitator ASAP. The rght herbs are crucial to the results of steaming.
